Terms of Service

1. Beta service

Unifyne is in beta and is provided as is. Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or be switched off. We try to announce significant changes in advance.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email or a Google account, and you are responsible for keeping access to them secure and for any activity in your account. If you think someone else has accessed your account, write to us at hello@unifyne.io.

The service is not intended for anyone under 16.

3. Acceptable use

When using Unifyne, you must not:

• break the rules of the platforms the service works with: Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram;
• use the service to send spam or messages to people who have not agreed to receive them;
• collect or export other people's personal data;
• infringe other people's rights, including copyright;
• interfere with the service or bypass plan limits or technical safeguards.

4. Your content

Content you upload or connect belongs to you. You allow us to process it to the extent needed for the service's features to work.

5. Materials created in the service, and AI

Texts, scripts, carousels and other materials you create in Unifyne belong to you to the extent permitted by law.

Some materials and suggestions are prepared by AI, and AI can make mistakes. Check texts, numbers and facts before you use them. You decide what gets published: the service publishes nothing without your confirmation.

6. Plans and payment

Plans are described on the home page. Payments are not enabled yet. We will publish payment and refund terms before we turn payments on.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. The Data Deletion page explains how.

We may restrict or close your account if you break these terms. Where possible, we will warn you by email in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, for the results of your posts, or for decisions made by the platforms, such as changes to their APIs or restrictions on accounts.

9. Governing law

We publish each new version of these terms on this page with its date. We will notify you of significant changes by email to your account address.
